Terms & Conditions

  1. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every Indian national above the age of 18 years staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted at the Hotel are Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID card, Passport; Ration Card. Pan Card is not accepted as Photo ID. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa.
  2. A couple can only stay together in a room/suite in circumstances where Male guest should complete 21 years of age & Female guest should complete 18 years of age. In case of triple occupancy reservation, couple with 01 extra person or stag will not be allowed to stay in the same room.
  3. Stag Guest (Male/Female) can only stay with us if he (or) she should complete 21 years of age.
  4. 100% Advance payment and Non-Refundable. The reservations made are flexible to changes/amendments only before 48 hours prior to arrival date. Reservation can be postponed to future dates (Once up to 01 month).
  5. In case of reservation amendment/postponement, room tariff will change subject to sold out dates/black out dates and advance payment will be adjusted as per the applicable rates for the amended dates.100% payment has to be done upon arrival by Card/Cash/UPI. We do not accept cheque payments at the time of check in or checkout.
  6. If you wish to receive a GST invoice, we request you to provide your Company’s GST details while making a room reservation (i.e. GST Number, Trade Name & Address). Please note that without the prior submission of Company’s GST details by the guest and once check-in is complete, we won’t be able to make any changes to the bill/invoice. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.
  7. Early arrival before 1200 hours or a late departure beyond 1400 hours will be charged additionally @ 50% of the above mentioned rates.
  8. Early arrival before 1000 hours or late departure after 1700 hours will be charged additionally @ 100% of the above mentioned rates.
  9. Guest shall inform at least 1 Hours well in advance at the reception counter, so as to avoid any delay in Check out formalities.
  10. The hotel may choose to release non-guaranteed reservations prior to the date of arrival. Please be advised that the Early Bird, Extended Stay and Last Minute rates require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
  11. At Leonia, all room and suite rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional charges apply for extra persons and children above 5 years of age. Children aged above 5 to 12 will be charged at INR 2000+GST per child per night, including breakfast. Adults and children above 12 years will incur a charge of INR 2500+GST per person per night, also inclusive of breakfast. Rates are subject to change based on meal plans and room categories, extra mattresses will be charged separately.
  12. PAN Card to be produced in case of cash payments amounting INR 50,000 and above.
  13. Rates and taxes are subject to change in case of change in validity periods, rate seasons, contracted periods, applicable laws or government policies. For all travel agent/tour operator bookings, terms and conditions as per the contract will apply.
  14. In order to maintain privacy of guests and the tranquillity of the Hotel – Visitors are welcome to meet guests during daytime hours in designated areas such as the lobby, restaurant, or public spaces. Visitors are not permitted beyond 21:00hrs in any hotel premises. Visitors may not be able to stay overnight in guest rooms unless registered as an extra occupant according to the hotel’s extra person/adult policy. Additional charges will be applicable.
  15. The guests should not have attire giving the impression of semi-nudity. Nudity and any gestures and any sort of obscenity strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
  16. No activities falling under the Gambling Acts and betting practices shall be organized / conducted in the hotel premises during their stay.
  17. The Management will not be liable for any injury, theft, loss or damage to you and your guests belongings including guests vehicles during your stay.
  18. You will be liable for any damage caused to hotel property or equipment by you or your guests. Accordingly, the charges related to same will be recovered from you.
  19. Photography is prohibited at Pool areas, Company will not be held responsible for any injury or incident that might occur while using any facility of the Hotel.
  20. Food and Beverage Policy: It is strictly prohibited to bring in any foods or beverages (including alcohol) from outside of the hotel to be consumed in the hotel premises. We consider the well-being and safety of our guests to be of the foremost importance.
  21. In the event of disorderly behaviour, gambling and any other illegal activities and any violation of the above conditions, the Manager concerned and the In charge at the premises would be compel to report the same to the police, in which case, the customers only are responsible for such untoward incidents and the officers and the management are not at all responsible.
  22. The hotel reserves the right of admission and can ask you or any of your guests who is/are not properly attired or who misbehaves, to leave the hotel premises without any further liability /claim of whatsoever against Hotel management.
  23. As per the Government of India regulations please note that smoking in all Public areas of the hotel including restaurants, bars, banquet halls etc. is prohibited and any violation thereof is a punishable offence.
  24. All disputes arising under this contract shall be construed and governed by the laws of India as per the Laws prevalent in India at the time of signing the contract, and both parties further consent to the exclusive jurisdiction by the courts at Hyderabad. Leonia Holistic Destination will not be held responsible for any subsequent changes in the Government policies, rules and/or regulations which will/may have a bearing on the Terms and Conditions of our agreement. In such an event, the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein in this contract will remain valid.
  25. In the event of a force majeure, we will adjust and not refund the advance deposit against any booking done within the next one year from the date of your earlier booking, at the same hotel. The new booking will be subject to availability. The adjustment will not be applicable for any other type of services. Force Majeure event is defined as an event due to any cause or causes beyond management control, including but not limited to fire, flood, damage by the elements, perils of the sea or air accident, act of God (Act of God does not include pandemics or epidemics in particular), strike, lock out or other labour disorder act of foreign or domestic de jure, or defector government whether by law, order, legislation, decree, rule, regulations or otherwise, revolution, civil disturbance, breach of the peace, declared or undeclared war, act of interference or action by civil / military authorities or due to any other cause beyond the Parties control.
  26. Leonia Holistic Destination, reserves the right to allow/admit pets based on the criterion of the administration and its policies. When you make room reservation, please let the reservation staff know that you’ll like to have a pet in your room. We will be sending you a detailed pet policy with terms and conditions, you will need to acknowledge and sign a declaration form of pet policy.
