OVERVIEW:
The Aqua gym (or water gym) provides a complete body workout that can be adjusted to suit your individual needs. Water provides natural buoyancy and resistance and Aqua gym uses these properties to maximise your muscle tone, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness and resistance to stress. The water gymnastics are the same as the ground ones, obviously in a slower rhythm, which makes the exercise more efficient. One water exercise in equal to ten ground exercises. The aqua gym is recommended in high waters and with the help of equipment, one can accomplish multiple exercises that would have been impossible on the ground.
EXPERIENCE:
The absence of gravity allows one to perform without the fear of any knuckle injuries. The water movements put pressure on the body muscles which show resistance, thus getting exercised adequately.
